Scott Rosales is a Partner of Rosales Partners and he oversees all Brokerage aspects and real estate transactions for the company.
His professional career spans more than 25 years where he has served as a consultant and advisor for two nationally recognized real estate brokerage firms who specialize in multifamily transactions. Scott was also the President of Aires Capital, a mortgage company specializing in commercial lending.
Scott has closed more than $100 Million in multifamily transactions and served as the 2009 CCIM President for the Central Texas Chapter.
Scott is also a commercial instrument rated pilot with over 2,000 hours of flying time in his Beechcraft V35B Bonanza..

Shelly Rosales | Partner

Shelly Rosales is the founding Partner of Rosales Partners and she oversees all aspects of Property Management and Development for the company.
She began her career in property management more than 25 years ago and worked her way from the ground up. She has extensive experience in multifamily operations, student housing and development. Shelly combined her expertise and moved into asset management / acquisitions where she closed more than $65 million in multifamily transactions.
Her passion is development, her forte is operations.
